This dried olive wood brings a very special aroma to your grill or smoker and perfectly complements my range in the Natural Products and Wellness shop category.
When you grill or smoke with olive wood, a distinctive aroma is created. The delicate taste of the wood also gently coats your grilled food and naturally enhances it. The pieces of wood are perfect for the aromatic preparation of fish, meat and vegetables.

Information on olive wood products:
Not dishwasher safe. Do not soak in water, as moisture can cause cracking and warping.
Keep away from direct heat, sunlight, microwaves, and ovens, as the wood may dry out or ignite.
Do not use harsh cleaning agents or abrasives, as they may damage the wood's natural protective layer.
The wood is safe for food contact, but use sharp knives carefully to avoid damaging the surface.
Regularly treat the wood with food-safe oil, such as olive or linseed oil, to keep it supple and durable.
