Traditional tapas chili from Galicia with a full-bodied flavor.
Young plants in 7 cm pots.
These Pimientos are harvested green – at a size of 3.5 to 5.5 cm – and offer a mild aroma without significant heat, with occasional spicier surprises. When ripe and red, they develop a pleasant heat (5/10) and a more intense aroma. Ideal for frying in a pan with coarse sea salt – an authentic taste experience for lovers of Spanish cuisine.
